Pending Rights & Dividends

Track pending rights, bonus, and cash dividends for the whole group

When rights, bonus, and cash dividends land on different MeroShare logins, households miss windows. Lagani Saathi builds one checklist from book-closure holdings across a private group, then keeps live Apply behind explicit confirmation.

One inbox per group

Open Pending rights & dividends on a group to see rights, bonus, and cash across every Demat that has a mirrored ledger — instead of logging into each MeroShare account.

Book-closure holdings

Expected kitta and cash use holdings as of book closure from the synced transaction ledger. Figures are informational; CDSC credits what it calculates and cash is paid to the linked bank.

Daily sync or Check ledgers

Daily ledger sync keeps holdings current for Autopilot-ready groups; Check all ledgers refreshes on demand when a book closure just passed.

Apply rights with confirmation

When a right-share window is open, Apply opens the same Bulk Apply confirmation flow used for IPOs — nothing is submitted to MeroShare until you authorize the run.

Privacy-friendly screenshots

Use privacy mode before sharing a screen: group and holder names stay masked while scrips and expected amounts remain readable.

Stay ahead of book closure

Organize family Demats, then watch rights and dividends in one place.

Add household Demat accounts, sync ledgers, and use Pending rights & dividends so book-closure windows are harder to miss.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a MeroShare password? +

A password (encrypted) is needed to sync ledgers and to Apply. You can add Demat accounts first and sync later. Pending rows only appear for accounts that are MeroShare-configured with a mirrored ledger.

Are expected quantities guaranteed? +

No. Expected kitta and cash are informational estimates from the published ratio and book-closure holding. CDSC credits what it calculates; cash is paid by the company to your bank.

What does “unknown” or “provisional” mean? +

Unknown usually means the ledger does not yet show a clear credit after book closure. Provisional means a recent buy may still be settling, so held figures can still move.

Can I apply for rights from this page? +

Yes, when the linked issue is open. Apply opens Bulk Apply confirmation for that group — live MeroShare work still requires explicit authorization.
