Today is the last day to secure the 5.26% dividend proposed by Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA); the 11th AGM, in which the dividend will be endorsed, will be held on 11th Falgun, 2081 at Mirabel Resort Hotel, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk.
Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited will pay a 50% cash dividend (Rs 50 per share) into shareholders’ bank accounts on Magh 6, 2081, if they have dematerialised shares or updated bank details; loan holders must provide a No Objection Letter.
Shikhar Insurance’s book closure for the 10.5263% dividend is on Magh 30, 2081; shareholders registered before that date will receive a Rs 1.39 crore cash dividend (incl. tax) and a 10% bonus share allocation. The 20th AGM is scheduled for Falgun 13, 2081 at 11:00 AM at the company headquarters.
Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited (SPIL) has proposed a 30% cash dividend of Rs. 84.19 crores for FY 2080/81, pending approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and its upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Book closure for NIMB’s 38th AGM is on 29th Magh, 2081; shareholders registered before that date may attend the AGM on 15th Falgun, 2081.
Applications for Neco Insurance Limited’s 25% rights shares in the ratio of 1:0.25 are open from 8th Falgun to 28th Falgun 2081. The issue, managed by Sanima Capital Limited, will raise Rs. 50.30 crore through 50,30,901.55 units, increasing the paid‑up capital from Rs. 2.01 to Rs. 2.51 Arba.

Deadline for Ngadi Group Power Limited's 1:1 rights offering has been extended to 29th Magh 2081. Shareholders registered before 18th Mangsir can still subscribe to 18,512,792 right shares worth Rs. 1.85 Arba, which will double the company’s paid‑up capital to Rs. 3.7 Arba.
