Today is the last day to claim the proposed dividends for Garima Bikas Bank Limited (5% cash dividend, Rs 28.40 crore), Butwal Power Company Limited (5% cash dividend, Rs 3.40 crore) and Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (30% cash dividend, Rs 18 crore). Shareholders must hold shares as of Poush 18, 2081 to be eligible.
Book closure for Balephi Hydropower Limited’s 1:1 right share issuance ended on 21st Kartik; shareholders who held shares before that date are eligible to receive the rights. The issue was subscribed to only 11.05% of its total offering.
