The auction for 8,73,061.225 ordinary right shares of Ngadi Group Power Limited closes today, 20th Falgun, 2081. Eligible shareholders may not claim the remaining 4.71%.
Today is the last day to claim the dividends announced by Citizen Life Insurance and Nesdo Sambridha Laghubitta. Citizen Life proposes a 28.40% dividend (cash Rs.5.59 crore, 26.98% bonus shares) and Nesdo proposes a 14.25% dividend (cash Rs.19.12 lakh, 0.75% tax) with book closures on 28th Falgun, 2081.
