Panchthar Power Company Limited will hold its 9th AGM on 24th Magh 2081 at 11:00 AM to approve the issuance of 100% right shares, increasing paid‑up capital to Rs 1.92 billion. Investors registered by the book‑closure date of Magh 11 are eligible to attend.
10.5 million bonus shares of Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL) are now listed on NEPSE, offering a 5% bonus and a Rs 55.26 million cash dividend for FY 2080/81. Current last traded price is Rs 1,640 per share.
Shangrila Development Bank has declared a 3.6516% bonus share (NPR 12.52 crore) and a 0.1922% cash dividend of NPR 65.93 lakhs; shareholders will receive these payouts in the current quarter.
