Rights shares were allotted 1:1 to shareholders registered up to 20th Kartik 2081. They are now listed on NEPSE and available for trading in dematerialized form.
Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited opens a 1:1 right shares issue from 19 Chaitra 2081 to 8 Baishakh 2082, with book closure on 15 Falgun; shareholders recorded before that date can subscribe at par Rs 100 per share.

Supermai Hydropower has distributed 7% bonus shares directly to shareholders’ DEMAT accounts. Shareholders whose bank details have not been updated should do so promptly to receive the bonus shares.
Miteri Development Bank Limited’s 9.5079% bonus shares, totaling 10,56,734.26 units, are now listed on NEPSE. An additional 10.0083% dividend for FY 2080/81 was approved at the bank’s AGM.
Today is the last day to claim the 6.0527% dividend proposed by Green Development Bank Limited (GRDBL). Shareholders holding shares as of Chaitra 15, 2081, will receive a cash dividend of Rs. 16.30 lakhs and 5.75% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.09 crore.
Central Finance Limited will not distribute dividends for FY 2080/81, pending approval of its financial statements by Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM. Investors should note that no dividend payout is scheduled until these approvals are confirmed.
Today marks the beginning of Neco Insurance Limited's 1:0.25 right share issue, offering 50,30,901 units for a total of ₹50.30 crore. Only 42.88% of the issue has been subscribed to, with the book closure on 17th Magh.
