Auction for 17,98,656 unclaimed rights shares of Balephi Hydropower Limited opens 5th Falgun 2081 and closes 19th Falgun 2081. Minimum bid is Rs. 100.
Bonus shares from Soaltee Hotel Limited (92,90,899 units), NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited (6,11,605.85 units), and Mandakini Hydropower Limited (3,07,984.33 units) are now listed in NEPSE, allowing investors to trade the newly issued shares and benefit from the declared cash and dividend yields.
Sanima GIC Insurance Limited has proposed a 7.8947% dividend worth Rs. 15.78 crore for FY 2080/81. The proposal is subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the forthcoming AGM.
Today is the last day to secure the 14% dividend from Himalayan Life Insurance Limited (HLI). The company’s 17th AGM, scheduled for 11th Falgun 2081 at Anupam Foodland & Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu, will approve the dividend, and shareholders listed as of Magh 25 are entitled to it.

Today is the last day to secure the 5.26% dividend proposed by Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA); the 11th AGM, in which the dividend will be endorsed, will be held on 11th Falgun, 2081 at Mirabel Resort Hotel, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk.
Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited will pay a 50% cash dividend (Rs 50 per share) into shareholders’ bank accounts on Magh 6, 2081, if they have dematerialised shares or updated bank details; loan holders must provide a No Objection Letter.
Shikhar Insurance’s book closure for the 10.5263% dividend is on Magh 30, 2081; shareholders registered before that date will receive a Rs 1.39 crore cash dividend (incl. tax) and a 10% bonus share allocation. The 20th AGM is scheduled for Falgun 13, 2081 at 11:00 AM at the company headquarters.
