Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited (CLI) proposes a 28.40434698% dividend (≈28.40%) for FY 2080/81, along with 26.98412698% bonus shares and 1.42022% cash dividend. The payout will be made only after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the company's upcoming AGM.
Today is the last day to receive the proposed 14% cash dividend from Bishal Bazar Company Limited. Shareholders holding shares until Falgun 9 are entitled to a 14% cash dividend on a paid‑up capital of Rs 4.01 Arba, to be approved at the 34th AGM on Falgun 28 2081.
