The auction of 6,76,191 promoter shares and 5,08,892 ordinary right shares by Balephi Hydropower Limited will close today, 19th Falgun 2081. The purchase bid must be at least Rs.100 per share with a minimum of 100 units, and NIMB Ace Capital Limited acts as issue manager.
The 8th AGM of Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited will be held on 15th Chaitra, 2081 at 11:00 a.m. in Amrapali Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu, where a 28.40% dividend for FY 2080/81 will be endorsed. Shareholders registered before the book closure on Falgun 28 are required to attend to claim the dividend.
The book closes for Sanima Reliance Life Insurance's 9.2489% dividend on Falgun 26, 2081, making holders before that date eligible for the dividend. The 8th AGM, where the dividend will be approved, is scheduled for Chaitra 8, 2081.
Today is the last day for shareholders to be on the register and claim the 8.75 % dividend from HEI and the 21.05 % dividend from ILI, and to apply for DORDI’s 100 % right shares worth Rs. 1.05 crore. Book closure is Falgun 15.
The 9.2489% dividend for FY 2080/81 will be disbursed only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the upcoming AGM.
The rights share auction for LICN concluded with a cut‑off price of Rs 1,022 per share, set after acceptance of 1,799 sealed bids. The price will be finalized upon verification of applications.

Kalinchowk Darshan Limited named Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited as issue manager for an upcoming rights share issuance of 60 lakh shares at Rs. 100 each, to be offered to existing shareholders at a 1:1 ratio. The appointment was signed at the company's registered office in Kathmandu.
Today is the last day to claim the 9.7368% cash dividend proposed by IGI Prudential Insurance Limited. Shareholders with book closure on Falgun 12 who hold IGI shares are eligible for the dividend worth Rs. 29.19 crores.
Bonus shares of Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) and Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DDBL) are now listed in NEPSE after their AGMs approved 15% bonus shares plus 5% cash dividend for HDL, and 9.5% bonus shares plus 0.5% cash dividend for DDBL.
