United Modi Hydropower Limited will hold its 11th AGM on 27 Chaitra 2081 at 11:00 AM in Kalimati Banquet, Kathmandu. The meeting will approve right shares at a 1:0.65 ratio and authorize a capital increase, with shareholders on the books as of 8 Chaitra eligible to attend.
Today is the last day to claim the 9.2489% dividend proposed by Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited. Shareholders who hold shares until the book closure on 26th Falgun 2081 will receive the dividend.
Book closure for Dordi Khola Hydropower’s rights shares is on 15th Falgun, 2082, following applications opened from 19th Chaitra, 2081 to 8th Baishakh, 2082. The company will issue 10,542,604 (1:1) units, doubling its paid‑up capital from Rs. 1.05 Arba to Rs. 2.10 Arba.
Dividend payout is pending approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the company's upcoming AGM. The cash dividend of 0.79%, worth Rs. 1.29 Crores, will be distributed after these approvals.

Hydropower Limited’s 4.211% dividend – comprising a Rs 1.77 crore 4% bonus and a Rs 9,32,842 cash dividend – and shareholders who maintain shares are entitled to the payout. The company’s 15th AGM will be held on 11 Chaitra, 2081 at Avya Club, Pokhara, where eligible shareholders may attend.
The board has proposed a 14.62507% dividend for FY 2080/81, consisting of 13.89382% bonus shares worth Rs 9.32 crores and a 0.73125% cash dividend worth Rs 49.07 lakhs. Distribution will occur only after central bank approval and endorsement by the upcoming AGM.
10% bonus shares of Sanima Mai Hydropower Ltd. are now listed on NEPSE, enabling immediate trading. A 0.5263% cash dividend totaling Rs 1.78 crore has also been proposed.
