The auction for Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited's unclaimed right shares has been extended to 20th Jestha, 2082, allowing investors to bid on 6,61,635 ordinary and 12,85,041 promoter right shares. The original closing date was 19th Jestha, and the minimum bid rate remains Rs. 100 per share with a minimum quantity of 100 units.
Bonus shares of Shikhar Insurance Co. Ltd. (SICL) have been listed on NEPSE, offering a 10% bonus allocation and a 10.5263% cash dividend of Rs 1.39 crores. The bonus shares are valued at slightly over Rs 26.54 crores and SICL’s last traded price is Rs 750.03.
