Recent dividend, bonus-share, and right-share announcements from the Nepal market.
Bonus shares of Mero Microfinance (9.90 M) and Sarbottam Cement (32.55 M) have just been listed on NEPSE. Mero offers a 7.8947% dividend and a 0.3947% cash dividend of ₹52.10 lakhs, while Sarbottam proposes a 10% dividend and a 3% cash dividend of ₹13.95 crore.
3% bonus shares of Shine Resunga Development Bank Ltd. are now listed on NEPSE. The bank also approved an 8% dividend for FY 2080/81, with a 5% cash dividend of Rs. 23.66 crores and a 3% bonus of Rs. 14.20 crores.
The AGM approved a 1:1.16 rights share issuance to meet NRB’s minimum paid‑up capital requirement, pending regulatory approval. The board also received full authority to pursue mergers or acquisitions with other banks.
Bonus shares of Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) and Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF) are now listed on NEPSE. SMB declared a 14.50% dividend and a 13.775% bonus share distribution, while SWMF declared a 7% dividend and a 6% bonus share distribution.
The dividend proposal of 5.2632% for FY 2080/81, which includes Rs. 73.06 lakhs in 5% bonus shares and Rs. 3.84 lakhs in cash, is pending central bank approval and the company's upcoming AGM.
On Chaitra 07, 2081, Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited's 361st Board Meeting decided that no dividends will be paid for FY 2080/81. The decision awaits approval of the financial statements by Nepal Rastra Bank and confirmation at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Today is the last day to secure the 7.8947% dividend proposed by Sanima GIC Insurance Limited for FY 2080/81; shareholders retaining shares until Chaitra 8, 2081 may attend the AGM on Chaitra 21, 2081 to claim the payout.
Bonus shares of SKBBL (50,62,477 units), BHDC (7,98,000 units) and LSL (1,15,93,577.25 units) are now listed on NEPSE.
Today is the last day to claim the 15.79% dividend for FY 2080/81 from Nepal Insurance Company Limited. Shareholders who hold shares until Chaitra 07, 2081 are eligible for the payout and may attend the 76th AGM, scheduled for 19 Chaitra 2081 at 11 am in the Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
Investors holding Green Development Bank Limited shares before Chaitra 15, 2081 are entitled to 5.75% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.09 crore and a 0.3027% cash dividend worth Rs. 16.30 lakhs; the 12th AGM on Chaitra 27 will approve the dividend and issue rights shares at a 1:1.1071 ratio.
