The book closure for Sun Nepal Life Insurance’s 27% rights offering is scheduled for 5th Baishakh 2082; shareholders who held shares on 4th Baishakh 2082 will be entitled to 10,696,320 units of right shares (1:0.27).
Board proposed a 15% cash dividend for FY 2080/81, subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM. Investors should monitor the approval outcome.
SEBON has placed Nepal Lube Oil Limited's 200% rights shares, valued at Rs. 14.57 Crores, in its preliminary review pipeline after an application was submitted on Chaitra 27, 2081. The issue will involve 1,457,253.60 units (1:2) and will raise paid‑up capital from Rs. 7.29 Crores to Rs. 21.86 Crores, with NIMB Ace Capital Limited appointed as issue manager.
Shares held on the book closure date, Baisakh 11, are eligible to receive the 5.2632% dividend of Rs. 76.91 Lakhs for FY 2080/81. The AGM will be held at 11 AM on Baisakh 19 at the company’s register office; shareholders can attend to vote on the dividend and other agenda items.
5% bonus shares of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) are now listed on NEPSE. The company approved 2,99,548.36 unit bonus shares and a 5.2631579% dividend for FY 2080/81.
BPCL has cancelled its FPO and now proposes a rights share issuance of 40% of its paid‑up capital. The proposal will be subject to ERC approval before being presented at the AGM, and the rights shares would raise Rs. 1,36,36,25,800.
Bonus shares of Citizen Investment Trust (CIT), Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha Ltd (JBLB), Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd (KMCDB), and Radhi Bidyut Company Ltd (RADHI) are now listed on NEPSE after their respective AGM approvals.
Rights shares were allotted 1:1 to shareholders registered up to 20th Kartik 2081. They are now listed on NEPSE and available for trading in dematerialized form.
Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited opens a 1:1 right shares issue from 19 Chaitra 2081 to 8 Baishakh 2082, with book closure on 15 Falgun; shareholders recorded before that date can subscribe at par Rs 100 per share.
