Dordi Khola Hydropower Company has extended its 1:1 rights offering to 14 Baishakh 2082, giving existing shareholders 10,542,604 units that will raise paid‑up capital from Rs 1.05 Arba to Rs 2.10 Arba. 68,592 applicants applied for 51,72,693 units valued at Rs 51.72 crores, with book closure on 15 Falgun.
MLBBL’s 2,79,303.93 bonus shares, 14.286% of its shares, have just been listed on NEPSE. SIFC’s 1,83,168 bonus shares, 1.8659% of its shares, are now listed as well.
Dividend will be paid only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the company’s upcoming AGM. The dividend consists of 7% bonus shares and a 0.3684% cash dividend (including tax).
