Garima Bikas Bank has extended the closing date for its rights shares issuance to November 14. The issuance involves 11 lakh units at a 2:1 ratio, each with Rs 100 face value, and offers investors until the new deadline to subscribe.

The Clean Energy Development Bank Board has proposed a 5% bonus share and 5.5% cash dividend, pending approval at its upcoming Annual General Meeting. The bank reported a FY 2069/70 net profit of Rs 17.6 crore, a 51.4% increase from the prior year.

Janta Bank’s proposed 8.5% dividend, based on a net profit of Rs.19.73 crore, will be finalized at the upcoming AGM pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
Approval of the proposed 15% bonus shares, based on a Rs 55 crore net profit for fiscal year 2069/70, is pending from Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank's annual general meeting. If approved, shareholders will receive the bonus shares accordingly.
