Nabil Bank Limited is distributing cash dividend warrants to shareholders starting today, with distribution through RTS Nabil Investment Banking Limited at Naxal from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on all working days except Friday, and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday.

From Thursday 30 December, Soaltee Hotel Limited will distribute cash dividend warrants between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM at its registered office in Tahachal. The distribution follows the February AGM’s approval of a 52.63% dividend, including a 40% bonus share, on a net profit of Rs 16.86 crore for FY 2069/70.
Shareholders with serial numbers up to 2,000 can claim their cash dividend warrants from 27 Dec 2025 to 31 Dec 2025; those with serial numbers 2,001‑4,000 receive warrants from 1 Jan 2026 to 3 Jan 2026, 4,001‑6,000 from 4 Jan 2026 to 6 Jan 2026, 6,001‑8,000 from 7 Jan 2026 to 9 Jan 2026, 8,001‑10,000 from 10 Jan 2026 to 12 Jan 2026, and the rest from 16 Jan 2026 onward.
Laxmi Bank has proposed a 15% bonus share issuance from its Rs 45 crore net profit in FY 2069/70, awaiting Central Bank approval and the upcoming AGM.
NIC Asia has proposed a 20% cash dividend on net profit from FY2069/70, pending approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM. The bank posted a net profit of Rs 64.20 crore with an EPS of 47.41 in the last fiscal year.
