Unit holders of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme‑1 can expect a 4.5% cash dividend for its first year; the dividend will be paid during the scheme’s scheduled payout period.
LICN has proposed a 30 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2069/70, with rights shares currently at 25 percent being distributed; the bonus shares will be issued once the rights distribution is completed and the paid‑up capital stands at Rs 50.62 crore.
Today is the last day to secure Siddhartha Insurance Limited’s rights shares at a 10:9 ratio. The insurer issued 11.88 lakh units at Rs 100 each on December 1, with NMB Capital Limited as issue manager.

Chilime Hydropower Company will distribute bonus share certificates today, from 10:30 AM to 2:15 PM Sunday–Thursday and 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM Friday. The shares represent a 30% bonus to shareholders based on the net profit earned in fiscal year 2069/70.
The last batch of dividend from NCM Mutual Fund-2059 has been paid to unit holders, providing an additional Rs 8 per unit. Investors can collect the payment from the RTS of NCM Merchant Banking Limited during the regular collection hours.
