Nilgiri Vikas Bank Limited is distributing cash dividend warrants from today to its shareholders. Shareholders may collect the warrants at the bank’s head office in New Road of Beni bazaar, Myagdi, or via RTS Elite Capital Limited at Jamal, Kathmandu.
Shareholders may collect the 9% cash dividend warrants from Nabil Investment Banking Limited at Narayanchaur, Naxal during 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and 10:00 AM–1:30 PM Friday. Mega Bank Nepal Limited is issuing these warrants based on a 9% dividend from its 2069/70 net profit.
Book closure for Butwal Power Company’s AGM and 3:2 rights shares is on February 5. The 18% cash dividend, based on Rs.28.64 cr net profit, will be approved at the AGM on February 23.

Sunrise Bank Limited proposes an 11% bonus share issue to shareholders, pending approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The proposal follows a reported net profit of Rs 31.91 crore for FY 2069/70.
