Western Development Bank Limited announced a 25% dividend pledge (15% bonus shares and 10% cash) that is subject to central bank approval and the bank’s AGM. The bank reported a net profit of Rs 1.30 crore for fiscal year 2069/70.
Shareholders of Butwal Power Company Limited must apply for 3:2 rights shares by February 4 to be eligible for the book closure on February 5. The company will raise Rs66 crore through the offering to fund the Kabeli A Hydropower Project.
The rights shares of Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited will be available to shareholders by mid‑Falgun following SEBON approval, with the issue expected to increase paid‑up capital to Rs 60.98 crore. Proceeds will fund ongoing hydropower projects such as the 25‑MW Kabeli‑B1 and 11‑MW Upper Piluwakhola plants.
Commercial bank has offered 2% bonus shares to shareholders, subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM. The bonus is tied to a net profit of Rs 5.86 crore in fiscal year 2069/70.
From today, Kabeli Bikas Bank Limited will distribute bonus share certificates to shareholders based on its 2069/70 net profit, available at Elite Capital Limited’s RTS office from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and 10:00 PM to 1:00 PM Friday.
ADBL will seek a strategic partnership with national or foreign institutions by September 2026 and plans to propose a 25‑35% dividend based on FY 2068/69 net profit, pending central bank approval.
The issuance of rights shares with face value Rs 100 ends February 23; only shareholders as of December 20 are eligible.
Starting Sunday, Civil Bank Limited will distribute its cash dividend warrants, which can be collected at RTS Civil Capital Market Limited, Kamaladi from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM for Sunday‑Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday. The warrants represent a 5.7 % cash dividend on a net profit of Rs 12.12 crore for FY 2069/70.
The rights issue of 9.65 lakh units at a 10:6.29 ratio opens Feb. 3 and will close Mar. 9. The book closure is effective from today.
Kumari Bank has not yet formally announced the proposed 37% dividend, which would include 25% bonus shares and 12% cash. The Board will decide after a forthcoming meeting, with no AGM date finalized.
