Soaltee Hotel Limited is distributing a 40% bonus share to shareholders today from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at its Tahachal registered office. The bonus comes from net profit of Rs 16.86 crore posted in FY 2069/70.
The 1:1.48 ratio right shares of Himalayan General Insurance Company Limited are closing today, with 1,492,000 units issued at Rs 100 each on Jan 13 and book closure on Jan 1. The insurer reported a net profit of Rs 3.37 crore in the second quarter, up from Rs 2.22 crore a year earlier.
Today, February 12, is the final day for shareholders to subscribe to Bishwa Bikash Bank's 4:1 right shares, with the book closure concluding at noon. The 6.3 lakh units were issued at Rs 100 per unit on January 9.
