Bonus share certificates can be collected from March 17 at NLG Insurance’s RTS office in Kathmandu Plaza until 3:00 PM Sunday‑Thursday and 1:30 PM Friday. The cash dividend warrants have already been distributed.
Bonus share certificates are available for collection starting March 17 until March 22 at the company's RTS office (10:00–3:00 PM Sun–Thu, 10:00–1:30 PM Fri). Shareholders also received an 11.05 % cash dividend and a 10 % bonus share from a net profit of Rs 14.37 crore; cash dividend warrants have already been issued.
Alliance Insurance Company Limited will issue 12.5% bonus shares from last fiscal year's net profit, with a 55% rights share distribution set to launch shortly, pending board approval.
Shareholders of the remaining banks can expect dividend declarations in April; NCC Bank plans to announce by April and hold AGM in Chaitra, while ADBL, Sunrise, and Kumari are slated to announce dividends and AGM during Chaitra, with ADBL likely receiving central bank approval within the next week.
Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited holds its 12th AGM today, where shareholders will receive 30% bonus shares based on paid-up capital after the rights offering. The insurer also increased its dividend by an additional 10%, raising total distribution to 30%.
AHPC's 1:1 right shares issue starts on March 25, with the subscription period closing on April 28. The shares, priced at Rs 100 each, are expected to be listed by mid‑June.
Lumbini General Insurance closes the issuance of its 10:6.2 ratio right shares today, following a 9.66 lakh float of Rs 100 face value shares on February 3. ACE Capital Limited is the issue manager, and the book closure was announced on January 16.
Book closure for Laxmi Bank Limited’s 15 % bonus shares is on March 13; the 13th AGM on March 27 will also approve a 25 % rights issue to increase paid‑up capital.
The Board of Kumari Bank has proposed a 14% bonus share issuance, pending Nepal Rastra Bank approval and the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
NIBL begins distribution of 10% bonus share certificates to shareholders today. Certificates will be issued through RTS NIBL Capital Markets Limited in Lazimpat from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday to Thursday, and from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday.
