Business Universal Development Bank has proposed an 11% bonus share issue and a 0.58% cash dividend for FY 2070/71, pending central bank approval and the bank's upcoming AGM. The proposal was announced after the board meeting held on Friday.
Civic Development Bank has proposed a cash dividend of Rs 78,95,000 to shareholders, pending NRB approval and the company's upcoming AGM.

Today is the last day to acquire Kaski Finance Limited's 17.79 percent bonus shares for fiscal year 2071/72. It is also the final day for shareholders to obtain Bhrikutee Development Bank Limited's 23 percent bonus shares for the same fiscal year.
