The company will issue 6,127,938 units, raising Rs 61.27 crore in paid‑up capital to a total of Rs 1.22 arba, with Muktinath Capital Limited appointed as issue manager.

Bonus shares of Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited have been listed on NEPSE following the company's 8th AGM where a 28.40% dividend was approved. Shareholders will receive 26.98412698% bonus shares and a 1.42022% cash dividend (Rs. 5.59 cr).
Today is the final day to claim the 4.74% dividend for FY 2080/81 proposed by Himalayan Reinsurance Limited. Shareholders holding shares through Jestha 11, 2082, can attend the AGM on Jestha 25, 2082 to receive a 4.74% dividend, including 4.5% bonus shares and 0.24% cash dividend.
SEBON has approved NICL’s 40% right shares offering, valuing Rs. 65.76 Crores. The issue will increase NICL’s paid‑up capital from Rs. 1.89 Arba to Rs. 2.30 Arba.
