Cash dividend warrants of Chilime Hydropower are available for distribution from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM Sunday‑Thursday and 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday at the company’s RTS in New Baneshwar, starting today. Shareholders listed in the announcement must claim within these hours.
The Board of Directors has proposed a 35% bonus share and a 1.84% cash dividend for Excel Development Bank shareholders, pending approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and from the NRB.

Kumari Bank has approved a 33 per cent bonus share issue for its shareholders. The bank’s paid‑up capital rose to Rs 2.43 billion in FY 2013/14, with deposits of Rs 27.57 billion and a net profit of Rs 341 million last year.
