Alpine Development Bank Limited’s 89th Board of Directors has proposed an 18 % bonus share and a 0.9 % cash dividend, pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. These distributions follow a 15 % cash dividend offered last year.
Today is the final day for investors to buy shares of NePAL Bangladesh Bank Limited to qualify for its 12% cash dividend for fiscal year 2070/71. The bank will close its shareholder register on tomorrow’s Mangsir 15 and hold its AGM on Mangsir 29.
