Swabalamban Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited begins distributing a 23.5% cash dividend and 46.5% bonus share certificate today. Dividend warrants will be available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday‑Thursday and 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday at RTS, Nabil Investment Banking Limited in Naxal, Kathmandu.
Today, February 16, is the last day for investors to buy the 10:1 right shares of Sunrise Bank Limited before the shareholder register book closes and NEPSE trading is suspended for the Shivaratri festival.
Book closure for the right issue will commence on Falgun 3, 2071, for shareholders holding shares as of Magh 29, 2071. The issue opens on Falgun 14, 2071 and will last until Chaitra 18, 2071.
The last day to apply for FMDBL's 1:1 rights shares is Chaitra 19; only shareholders listed till Magh 28 are eligible. The bank's last trading price at NSE was Rs 1090.
Agricultural Development Bank Limited proposes a 7% bonus share and an 8% cash dividend, subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The proposals for a 10% stock dividend and 16.315% cash dividend by Siddhartha Insurance are awaiting approval at the upcoming 13th Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors approved the dividend on Jan 25, based on last year's net profit.
Cash dividend will be distributed by Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday‑Thursday and 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday at its RTS, NCM Merchant Banking Limited in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. Bonus shares will also be issued from Magh 13.
Bonus share certificates will be distributed to shareholders from Magh 12. Cash dividends will be paid from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Sun‑Thu) and 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM (Fri) at the bank’s head office in Lazimpat, Kathmandu.
Shareholders of Soaltee Hotel Limited may collect the 17.89% cash dividend warrant between 02:00 PM and 05:00 PM Monday to Friday at the Tahachal, Kathmandu office, effective from Magh 9. The 40% bonus shares were also authorized at the 40th AGM.
Today is the last day to secure Hamro Bikas Bank Limited’s 10:7 ratio right shares, which expire on Magh 6, 2071, with 4,20,700 units available. The offer follows the bank’s 7% bonus share and 20% cash dividend distribution for FY 2070/71.
