The right shares issue closes on Baisakh 20, 2072. Premier Insurance Company ( Nepal) Limited is issuing 1,348,951 kittas of 1:1.15 ratio shares to existing shareholders, managed by Laxmi Capital, to raise its authorized capital to Rs 75 crore and increase paid‑up capital from Rs 11.73 crore to Rs 25.21 crore.
Om Finance Limited is distributing 1.03% cash dividend and 19.50% bonus share certificates from Chaitra 2, 2071 (today). Share certificate distribution will occur at its head office in Pokhara’s New Road and at the Bagdurbar, Kathmandu branch.
Shikhar Insurance Company Limited is distributing a 20% bonus share certificate to shareholders starting today (29th Falgun 2071). Distribution will be available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday at the RTS, NIBL Capital Market Limited, after posting a net profit of Rs.73.98 million in Q2 2071/72.
City Development Bank’s 10:3 right shares were listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange today, allowing existing shareholders to purchase 9,24,000 new shares and also receive 22% bonus shares from the 2070/71 fiscal profit.
Araniko Development Bank has approved a 36% rights share issue for its shareholders following a 5% bonus share distribution. The bank also declared a 5% cash dividend and reported a Q2 FY 2071/72 net profit of Rs.14.74 million.
