The rights share offer for Sunrise Bank Limited closes today, allowing shareholders to apply for 22,36,650 units. Only shareholders who held the bank’s shares in name before the book closure on Falgun 6 are eligible.
Existing shareholders of Kabeli Bikas Bank Limited may apply for 2:1 right shares starting Baishakh 10, 2072; applications must be filed by Jestha 13, and only those holding transferred shares before Chait 25 closure are eligible.
LIC Nepal will distribute 30% bonus share certificates starting 27 Chaitra; certificates can be collected between 10 AM and 1:30 PM from Sunday to Friday at its corporate office in Kathmandu.

International Development Bank begins distributing a 10% cash dividend from today, available 10:00‑13:00 AM Monday‑Thursday and 10:00‑13:00 AM Friday at RTS, NCM Merchant Banking Limited, Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu. The bank posted a net profit of Rs.26.85 million in Q2 FY 2071/72.
Today is the last day to subscribe to Neco Insurance’s 1:0.84 right shares. Neco will issue 11,47,784 right shares of Rs 100 each to raise Rs 11 crore, increasing paid‑up capital from Rs 13.52 crore to Rs 25 crore.
