Rights issue of Nilgiri Vikas Bank Limited closes on Baisakh 13, 2072; shareholders must exercise their 4:1 right shares within this deadline, as 300,000 new units are offered, raising paid‑up capital to Rs 15 crore from Rs 12 crore. The bank also reported a 72.22% rise in Q3 profit to Rs 1.69 crore.
Applications for Kabeli Bikas 2:1 right shares must be filed by Jestha 13. Only existing shareholders who transferred shares before Chait 25 are eligible to apply.
Applications for Purnima Bikas Bank Limited's 4:1 right shares are open starting Baishakh 6 (today) and will close on Jestha 10. A total of 2,75,000 rights shares are offered at Rs 100 each.
Garima Bikas Bank has begun refunding excess money from its 4:1 right shares to investors who did not receive allotment, effective April 17. Investors are urged to contact their collection centre to claim refunds.
ICRA Nepal has assigned an IPO Grade 3 to Prudential Insurance Company Limited's proposed 20% rights issue of 540,000 shares (Rs 100 face value) amounting to Rs 54 million. The offer was endorsed at PICL's 12th AGM on Jestha 16, 2071.
Shareholders can collect NTC’s 47 % cash dividend starting 30th Chait (tomorrow). Distribution will occur 10:00 AM‑3:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and 10:00 AM‑1:00 PM Friday at NMB Bank limited in Kathmandu, with outside‑valley shareholders collecting at local NMB branches.
Western Development Bank’s 20% bonus share offer and 1.053% cash dividend are pending AGM approval; an AGM date has not yet been announced, but is expected by the end of Baishakh.
From 29th Chaitra (today) 2071, Century Commercial Bank Limited will distribute its 3.47% cash dividend warrants to shareholders. The warrants were approved by the bank’s 4th Annual General Meeting on March 12.

Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited is distributing 30% bonus share certificates to shareholders today (27th Chaitra) between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM at the corporate office share department in Kathmandu.
