Business Universal Development Bank Limited has proposed a 13% stock dividend and a 0.68% cash dividend (for tax purposes) at its 63rd Board of Directors meeting. The dividends will be effective only after approval by the Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank’s upcoming annual general meeting.
Shareholders of Mission Development Bank Limited can file applications for its 2:1 right shares until Kartik 24, 2072, while shareholders of Gaumukhee Bikas Bank Limited must submit by Kartik 29, 2072. Only those who held shares and transferred them to their name before the respective book closure dates of Ashwin 12 and Ashwin 11 are eligible.
