Citizens Bank International Limited approved a 1% cash dividend and a 20% bonus share issuance to shareholders. The AGM also endorsed a 10:5.5 right shares allocation following the acquisition of Premier Finance Limited.
Everest Bank Limited (EBL) has proposed a 30% stock dividend and a 6.58% cash dividend to its shareholders at its board meeting on Ashwin 28, pending NRB approval and the upcoming AGM. The bank posted a net profit of Rs 1.57 arba, and its paid‑up capital will rise from Rs 2.13 arba to Rs 2.77 arba after the bonus shares are issued.
Kamana Bikas Bank’s 9th AGM opens at 8:30 AM today (Ashwin 28, 2072) in Pokhara, where it will approve a 22.60% bonus share, a 1.19 cash dividend, and a 25% right share issue.
