Today is the last day to claim Janaki Finance Limited's 25% stock dividend for fiscal year 2071/72; shareholders owning shares by Kartik 08 will be entitled to the bonus shares. The register will close from Kartik 10 to Kartik 30, 2072, and the AGM will convene on Kartik 30, 2072.

EBL and Nabil have announced a 30% stock dividend and 6.58% / 6.842% cash dividend respectively; the cash dividends are still pending NRB approval and confirmation at the forthcoming AGMs.
