ICRA Nepal has graded the announced 66.67% rights issue of Innovative Development Bank Limited as Grade 4, indicating below‑average fundamentals. The rights offering, scheduled for issuance in a 3 : 2 ratio and managed by NMB Capital Limited, is currently under review by SEBON.
Shareholders may apply for Sana Kisan Bikas Bank Limited’s 2:1 right share until Mangsir 20, 2072. The 2:1 rights issue, valued at NPR 115.34 million, follows SEBON approval on Ashoj 28, 2072.
