Today is the last day to secure the 2:1 (50%) right shares of Sana Kisan Bikash Bank Limited; the book closure is on Mangsir 7, 2015. The last traded price stood at Rs 1958 as of November 22, 2072.
Shareholders registered by Mangsir 15, 2072 will be eligible for the 20% cash dividend announced by Butwal Power Company. Book closure runs from Mangsir 16 to Poush 5, 2072, ahead of the 23rd AGM on Poush 5.
Everest Bank proposes a 30% stock dividend and a 5% cash dividend for shareholders, pending NRB approval and its upcoming AGM.

Eligible shareholders who transferred shares before the book‑closure date of Ashwin 12 can still apply for 5,75,000 right shares at Rs 100 each, which will increase the paid‑up capital to Rs 17.25 crore.
