Today is the last day for shareholders of Soaltee Hotel Limited to capture the 25 % bonus share and 5 % cash dividend for FY 2071/72; the register will close tomorrow, Poush 1, 2072. Shareholders of Mahakali Bikas Bank Limited must also act today to obtain the 17 % bonus share for FY 2071/72.
Investors may now apply for Century Commercial Bank’s 4:1 (25%) rights issue until the extended deadline of Poush 10, 2072. The issue follows the 25% allocation endorsed at the bank’s 4th AGM.
Bagmati Development Bank Limited (BGDBL) will distribute a 15 % bonus share and a 0.79 % cash dividend for tax purposes. The decision is pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Lumbini General Insurance Ltd has proposed a 13.06% stock dividend from its 2070/70 profit, announced at the BOD meeting on 2072-08-27. The decision awaits approval from the Beema Samiti and the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Siddhartha Bank will convene its 14th Annual General Meeting on Poush 20, 2072, where shareholders will approve a 20% bonus share and a 1.05% cash dividend; shareholders must own shares until Mangsir 29 to be entitled to the dividend.
Only shareholders holding shares until Poush 6, 2072 are eligible for the 0.684 cash dividend. The 3rd AGM, where a 13% bonus share will be endorsed, is scheduled for Poush 20, 2072.

Approval must be obtained from Nepal Rastra Bank and the banks’ upcoming annual general meetings.
The 226th BOD Meeting on 2072‑08‑27 approved a 30.68% stock dividend for shareholders, subject to Nepal Rastra Bank approval and the upcoming AGM.
The 10th AGM of Miteri Development Bank will be held on Poush 25, 2072. Shareholders holding shares until Poush 5, 2072 are entitled to the company’s dividend.
