Shareholders holding shares up to Poush 11, 2072 are eligible for the 20% stock dividend announced by Namaste Bittiya Sanstha Limited; the share register closed on Poush 12, 2072. The company's 9th AGM is scheduled for 11 am today at City Garden Private Limited, Umeshmarg, Ghorahi.
Bank of Kathmandu will hold its 21st AGM on Magh 24, 2072, where shareholders will vote on a 26% bonus share and a 1.36% cash dividend. Shareholders must hold shares by Magh 3, 2072 to be eligible for the dividend; the register is closed from Magh 4 to Magh 24.
