Prime Commercial Bank Limited is holding its 8th AGM today, Poush 29, 2072, at 11:00 AM. The meeting will endorse an 18% bonus share, a 3:1 right share issuance, and a 0.95% cash dividend for shareholders holding shares until Poush 14.
Soaltee Hotel Limited's 41st AGM takes place today at 10:30 AM in Kathmandu; shareholders who owned shares until Mangsir 29 are entitled to a 25% stock dividend and a 5% cash dividend from the company’s profit of FY2070/71.
Shareholders owning shares until Poush 13, 2072 (Nerude) and Poush 15, 2072 (Womi) can claim dividends; Nerude proposes a 44 % bonus share and 2.32 % cash dividend, while Womi proposes a 20 % bonus share and 1.10 % cash dividend.
Sewa Bikas Bank’s 9th AGM is held today, 29 Poush 2072, to approve an 18 % bonus share from the Rs 1.24 crore profit of FY 2071/72. The bonus will raise paid‑up capital from Rs 36.06 crore to Rs 42.55 crore.
Today is the last day to register for the 30% right shares of GDBL; book closure is on Poush 30. The rights issue comprises 1,056,000 shares of NPR 100 face value and is offered at par.
Neco Insurance's board approved a 15% bonus share and 0.7895% cash dividend, pending final approval from the Beema Samiti and the bank's AGM. A 1:1 right share will be issued after the bonus distribution.
