Prabhu Bank will close its 20% rights issue on Chaitra 21, 2072; shareholders must have bought and transferred shares before Ashwin 14, 2072 to be eligible to apply. The issue will involve 64,17,770 unit rights shares and raise paid‑up capital to Rs 3.84 arba.
Mahalaxmi Finance will distribute 15% bonus share certificates today, 4th Magh. Shares will be dispensed between 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday at RTS Civil Capital Market Limited, Kathmandu Plaza.

Today, Himalayan Bank will distribute 35% bonus share certificates and a 7.1053% cash dividend warrant to shareholders, starting from Magh 3, 2072 at its Kamaladi, Kathmandu branch and other branch offices as per the distribution schedule.
