Sunrise Bank Limited has opened applications for a 15% right share issue today (Magh 11, 2072), closing on Falgun 16, 2072. Eligible shareholders must have transferred their shares by the book‑closure date of Poush 26, 2072.
Today is the last day for shareholders of NMB Bank Limited (NMB) to earn its 8% stock dividend for FY 2071/72. Book closure starts at midnight on Magh 12, 2072 and remains open until Falgun 3, 2072 for the upcoming AGM.
