Shareholders of Deprosc Laghubitta will receive a 1:1 right share, which will double the paid‑up capital to Rs 51.58 crore upon approval by the upcoming SGM.
The rights issue for Jhimruk Bikas Bank starts today on Chaitra 17, 2072 and closes on Baisakh 21, 2072. Eligible shareholders, who have bought and transferred shares to their name before Falgun 27, 2072, may apply for 48,500 right shares at Rs 100 each.
NLIC has announced a 25% bonus share and a 1.3158% cash dividend for FY 2071/72 earnings and decided to float 30.96 lakh unit shares in an FPO to shift the promoter–public ratio from 80:20 to 70:30. The FPO approval is pending AGM and regulatory clearance.

Prudential Insurance declares a 10% bonus share distribution from its 2071/72 net profit, pending Insurance Board approval and the upcoming AGM. The paid‑up capital will rise from Rs 32.40 crore to Rs 35.64 crore.
Kalinchowk Development Bank will hold its 4th AGM on Baisakh 4, 2073, where shareholders holding shares until Chaitra 19 are entitled to a 0.32% cash dividend and a 6% bonus share. The register of shareholders will close on Chaitra 20 and reopen on Baisakh 4.
Bagmati Development Bank Limited is distributing 15 % bonus share certificates to shareholders from today. Shareholders must bring a photocopy of their original share certificate and citizenship card, or submit originals and a letter of authorization if they cannot collect in person.
NBL has decided to distribute a 23.743% right share to its shareholders, subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank, the Ministry of Finance and the upcoming Annual General Meeting; the action would raise the paid‑up capital from Rs 6.46 arba to Rs 7.97 arba after reporting a Q2 net profit of Rs 1.04 arba.
