Recent dividend, bonus-share, and right-share announcements from the Nepal market.
Book closure for Siddhartha Equity Fund, Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme‑2, and Scheme‑3 dividend is on 6th Bhadra 2082. Unit holders maintained until 5th Bhadra are entitled to the declared cash dividends of 20% (Rs. 30 Crores for SEF), 20% (Rs. 24 Crores for SIGS2), and 17% (Rs. 13.69 Crores for SIGS3).
Book close for dividend on KEF, KDBY, and KSY is 9 Bhadra 2082; unit holders held until 8 Bhadra are entitled. Kumari Capital will pay 11.50% cash dividend to KEF, 10.5% to KDBY, and 9% (incl. tax) to KSY for FY 2081/82.
Book closure for the 20% cash dividend of RBB Mutual Fund 1 and the 13% cash dividend of RBB Mutual Fund 2 is 9th Bhadra, so unit holders registered by 8th Bhadra are eligible to receive the dividends.
Book closure date for Prabhu Select Fund’s 12% cash dividend and Prabhu Smart Fund’s 10% cash dividend will be announced soon. Both dividends are for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to qualify for a 3.80% cash dividend (including tax) from Muktinath Mutual Fund 1 (MNMF1). The board resolved during its Shrawan 20 meeting to distribute this dividend to the fund's unitholders.
Book closure date for the 11.50%, 10.5%, and 9% cash dividends of Kumari Equity Fund, Kumari Dhanabriddhi Yojana, and Kumari Sabal Yojana will be announced soon.
Unit holders recorded on 5th Bhadra will receive the declared 15.79% cash dividend for Sanima Growth Fund and the 21.05% cash dividend for Sanima Large Cap Fund, both for fiscal year 2081/82.
The AGM will be held on Bhadra 20, 2082 (Friday) at 10:30 AM at Royal Durbar Restaurant & Venue, Kathmandu. Shareholders maintained until Bhadra 5 are eligible to attend.
Remaining 224,728 right shares of Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited are now listed in NEPSE following an auction, making them available for trading. Shares closed at Rs. 466.38.
Bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE, with 55,68,000 unit Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited’s 12% bonus share available. The company also approved a 12.6315% dividend for FY 2080/81 and a 0.6315% cash dividend.
