Agriculture Development Bank’s 9th AGM approved 15% bonus and 50% right shares, benefiting approximately 200,000 shareholders. The bank’s authorized capital will rise to Rs 18 arba, with paid‑up capital expected to reach Rs 8 arba by the end of Ashad 2074.
Manjushree Finance has announced a 1:1.75 right‑share issue that will raise its paid‑up capital to ₹68.91 crore. Existing shareholders should note the entitlement to the new shares and the capital increase scheduled for distribution.
