Shareholders holding shares as of Jestha 20, 2073, are entitled to a 15.85% bonus share, and all eligible holders will also receive an 80% right share. Sagarmatha Finance will convene its 10th AGM on Ashad 3, 2073, at 10:00 AM.
Today, NEPSE listed bonus shares for Century Commercial Bank (19,08,000 units), Mega Bank Nepal (26,09,600 units), Nepal SBI Bank (82,55,458 units), Nepal Credit Commercial Bank (32,45,760 units), Summit Microfinance Development Bank (1,47,200 units) and for NLG Insurance (6,83,100 units). Additionally, Taragaon Regency Hotels converted 21,21,750 preferential shares to ordinary shares, all now tradable. Investors can sell immediately.
Sagarmatha Finance Limited received NRB approval for a 15.85% bonus share distribution on Jestha 9, 2073. Shareholders will receive the bonus shares once they are approved at the company’s Annual General Meeting, with the finance firm reporting Rs 3 arba in deposits, Rs 2.50 arba in loans and an operating profit of Rs 11.87 crore.
The special general meeting of Namaste Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NBSL) will take place on Jestha 29, 2073 at 8:00 AM, where shareholders can vote to endorse a 1:1 rights share and amend the article of association to increase issued and paid‑up capital. The company reported a net profit of Rs 88.16 lakh for Q3 2072/73.
At its 16th AGM held on Jestha 7, 2073, Nepal Life Insurance approved a 26.3158% bonus share for existing shareholders and will float a further public offering of 30.96 lakh units to bring the promoter–public ownership ratio to 70:30.
The Special General Meeting of Manjushree Financial will be held on Jestha 26, 2073, where shareholders must vote on a 1:1.75 (175%) rights share issue and a company name change.
Shareholders holding Kabeli Bikas Bank shares as of Jestha 13 will receive a 1.15% cash dividend and a 20% bonus share at the 8th AGM on Jestha 29. The AGM also proposes a 2:1 right share issuance following the bonus.
The bank will open a 30% right share issue at the end of Asadh 2073, pending SEBON approval. Civil Capital Markets Limited has been appointed as the issue manager.
NBL will hold its 56th AGM on Jestha 28, 2073 at 11:00 AM to endorse a 10:2.37 rights share issuance.
Applications for the 2:1 (50%) rights issue are open from today (Jestha 2, 2073) and will close on Ashad 5, 2073. Eligible shareholders who transferred shares before Baisakh 14, 2073 can apply.
