The application to issue 100% rights shares of 11,732,000 units of Sagarmatha Jalbidhyut Company Limited was submitted to SEBON on Jestha 22, 2082 and the shares have now been added to its pipeline under preliminary review. The issue will double the paid‑up capital from Rs. 1.17 Arba to Rs. 2.34 Arba, with NMB Capital Limited appointed as issue manager.
SEBON has added Himalayan Power Partner Limited's 50% rights shares, worth Rs 53.27 Crores, to its pipeline for preliminary review. The company will issue 327,085 units to existing shareholders with Global IME Capital Limited as issue manager.
The 1:1 rights shares issue of Barun Hydropower Company Limited is open today (31st Ashadh, 2082) and will continue until 19th Shrawan, 2082, for holders registered before the 22nd Jestha book‑closing. Existing shareholders may acquire 53,58,150 units worth Rs. 53.58 crores, raising the paid‑up capital to Rs. 1.07 arab.
Shareholders who have not yet collected cash dividends for FY 2074/75 and 2075/76 are urged to visit GMFIL’s head office in Hariharbhawan, Pulchowk, Lalitpur and submit their claims.
The auction of Sun Nepal Life Insurance’s unsold right shares closes today, Ashadh 30, 2082. Bidders must submit offers by 5 pm with a minimum bid of Rs. 100 per share.
Sun Nepal Life Insurance has listed 104,71,592 units of right shares on NEPSE, with the latest LTP at 485.89.
