Book closure for the 3:1 right issue of Prime Commercial Bank Limited will be on Shrawan 19, 2073; shareholders registered on Shrawan 18 will be eligible to apply for 1,23,50,874 unit right shares at Rs 100 each, with the issue closing on Ashoj 16, 2073.
On Shrawan 25, 2073, Janata Bank Nepal Limited appointed NCM Merchant Banking Limited to manage its 2:1 (50%) right‑share issuance of 1.03 crore units; investors can expect the rights to be offered shortly.
