Today is the last day to register for the 30% cash dividend of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme (SIGS1) and the 16% cash dividend of Siddhartha Equity Oriented Scheme (SEOS). Units registered by midnight tomorrow (Bhadra 24, 2073) will be eligible.
Today (Bhadra 23) is the final day for shareholders of Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (LLBS) to register for the 100% right share issue, with the book closure set for Bhadra 26.
ICRA Nepal has graded NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF) as below‑average with a Grade 4 rating, despite its plan to issue a 120 % rights offering of 552 000 shares (NPR 110 million) to existing shareholders. The rights issue, managed by Laxmi Capital Market, will boost NMBMF’s paid‑up capital from NPR 7.41 crore to approximately NPR 16.30 crore.

Today is the closing day to apply for 50% right shares of Mithila Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (1,69,740 units) and 69.49% right shares of Alpine Development Bank Limited (820,000 units). Shareholders may collect forms from bank branches or the issue managers, as the shares will boost paid‑up capital to Rs 5.09 crore for MLBBL and Rs 20 crore for ALDBL.
