Summit Microfinance & Gandaki Bikas Bank announce 45% and 19.57% bonus shares
Gandaki Bikas Bank Limited (GDBL) has had its shares suspended today on NEPSE as it moves forward with its merger with Fewa Bikas Bank Limited. Separately, Summit Microfinance Development Bank Limited (SMFDB) announced a 45% bonus share and 2.3684% cash dividend, and GDBL declared a 19.57% bonus share and 1.03% cash dividend, both subject to Nepal Rastra Bank approval and the upcoming AGM.
Citizens Bank to award approx 16% bonus shares to shareholders
Citizens Bank will distribute bonus shares at roughly 16% of paid‑up capital calculated before the 55% right share was issued, superseding its earlier 24.49% bonus announcement. Shareholders holding shares at book closure will receive the bonus regardless of the prior right‑share application.
