Book closure for NMBMF’s 120% right share issue runs from Kartik 18 to Mangsir 18, 2073; only shares registered on Kartik 17 qualify. The AGM will be held on Mangsir 18, 2073, with the 25% bonus share also eligible under the same book closure period.
