Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC) has appointed NCM Merchant Banking Limited as issue manager and will issue 1.05 crore units of 100% right shares worth Rs 1.05 crore, raising paid‑up capital to Rs 2.11 arba.
PIC will issue a 20% bonus share and a 1.05% cash dividend; upon approval the paid-up capital will rise to Rs 44.84 crore.
