Investors holding Miteri Development Bank shares until Kartik 17, 2073 will receive a 20% bonus share instead of the originally declared 30%, as NEPSE recalculated the bonus on the post‑right‑share paid‑up capital.
Only shareholders holding shares as of Mangsir 19, 2073 (2073-08-20) will be eligible for the 20% cash and 7% stock dividend. The AGM, where the dividend will be approved, is scheduled for Poush 8, 2073.
Prabhu Insurance approved a 17% bonus and 50% right share issuance after its 21st AGM on Kartik 12, 2073. The paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 57.75 crore, and insurance premium earned to date is Rs 24.27 crore.

Shares registered by Kartik 1, 2073 qualify for Ace Development Bank’s 20.25 % bonus share. The AGM will close registration on Kartik 12, 2073.
